Welcome to our client portal as powered by MYOB.

 

This portal is an online collaboration system which allows you to easily and safely send, receive and store all of your accounting and tax information online. Hopefully, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Better security for transfering files

  • Easy access to your financial statements and income tax returns to view & download

  • By uploading documents, capability to send files to us securely and easily

How to get started?

You will receive an email from us inviting you to access the portal for the first time. Please click the link below for instructions on how to set your passwords and to securely log into the client portal.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my username (email address to log in)?

Your assigned email address will be your username and therefore, this should be an email account that is regularly checked. If you would prefer to use a different email address from the one that has been assigned, please contact us to change your username to your preferred email address.

What if I have not received an invitation email?

If you are an existing client and have not received the email invite, please contact us to set up an account. 

What documents will I be able to download?

At this stage, we are planning to upload the following documents once they are ready and you will be able to view and download them anywhere you have internet access (including on your smartphones).

  • Income tax returns 

  • Financial Statements (for business clients)

  • Any notifications from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

I cannot locate the downloaded document from the portal?

When you download a document, it is usually saved in the "Downloads'' folder on your computer. Have a look around your internet browser or your computer to locate where downloads are usually saved.

To submit documents, can I upload numerous files?

Only one file can be upload at each time and each file cannot be larger than 18MB. If you are uploading numerous files, you could upload it over multiple times or preferably, you could zip (compress) all the files together and upload the zip folder (for more information on how to zip a file, please click here)

Is my data secure?

We do not maintain your password to log into the portal and it is stored with MYOB using their data security measures. Further details about MYOB security commitments are located here.
